The Lido Cafe operates under license from the Aspire National Training Centre, Stanmore, (See map below). Open seven days a week you can enjoy from freshly prepared sandwiches and baked baguettes with exciting fillings, to light snacks, all day breakfast and home-made special dishes.

The popularity and demand for our sandwiches and baguettes have led us to our "Sandwiches" delivery service which is satisfying many office workers in the vicinity. Also available from this service are cold drinks, chocolates, crisps and freshly prepared salads.

Many people visit us for our Italian coffee and why not, we make it the way it should be made.

Sunday opening is becoming very popular. You can relax in a smoke-free atmosphere, read the newspapers available and relax to the sounds of the chill-out music.
